The Bryan College Men's Basketball Team hosted the Buffaloes of Milligan College on Saturday evening for a conference game. The Lions pull away in the second half to win by a final score of 79-55.
The Lions shot 49.2% from the floor for the game, while the Buffaloes shot 35%. Bryan recorded 37 rebounds, two less than their opponent. The Lions recorded 11 turnovers, and forced Milligan to turn over the ball 18 times. Bryan stole the ball 12 times.
Rob Riley was the game's leading scorer with 27 points. He also tallied a team high nine rebounds. Lavonte Henderson added 15 points. Tim Fortenberry finished with 12 points. Carrin Nash had 11 points. Dion Fair had a game high five assists.The Lions are now 7-11 overall and 2-2 in the AAC. They play again on Wednesday at home against conference opponent Point University. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30pm ET.
