Bryan Head Coach Jason Smith commented after the game, "Our team really needed a burst of energy, and I felt that the moment was right for Shea Thomas to see her first playing time of the season since tearing her ACL. She provided instant inspiration with her assists and three-pointer. She deserved the moment as much as our team needed it."
Bryan shot 41.2% from the floor for the game, while holding Point to just 32.2% for the game. The Lady Lions tallied 35 rebounds, four less than their opponent. Bryan recorded 21 turnovers for the game, but forced Point into 22.
