The Lions shot 43.3% from the floor for the game and 35.3% from beyond the arc, while the Cavaliers shot lights out in their home gym as they hit 60.9% of their attempts from the floor and 52.6% from beyond the three-point arc. Bryan tallied 14 turnovers, and forced Montreat into 18 turnovers. Both teams recorded 27 rebounds for the game.
Dion Fair led the Lions as he had a game high 21 points, a team high seven rebounds, a game high five assists, and tied for a game high three steals. Josh Decker hit six three-pointers and finished with a career high 20 points. Tim Fortenberry added 12 points.The Lions are now 10-14 overall and 5-5 in the AAC. They play again on Thursday in a conference game at home verse Virginia Intermont College. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30pm ET.
