They built their lead up to 13 points before a 10-point run by Union to get back within three with 30 seconds remaining. The Lions were able to hit their free throws down the stretch to keep the lead and earn the win.
The Lions shot just 39.0% from the floor for the game, while the Bulldogs shot 46.0% from the floor. Bryan recorded 29 rebounds for the game, seven less than their opponent. Bryan only turned the ball over 11 times, and forced their opponent into 24 turnovers.
