The Bryan College women's golf team hosted the AAC Spring Regular-Season Championship at the Dayton City Country Club on Monday and Tuesday. The Lady Lions shot a 381 on day one and a 373 on day two to finish in fifth place. Bryan's Audrey Nelson won the tournament as she was the only golfer to shoot two rounds in the 70s, 79 in round one and a 78 in round two, for a new team record of 157.

Kerrie Reinhardt finished in 7th place, firing an 86-84=170. Jordanna Bollant shot a 95-93= 188, and Maggie Brown fired a 121-118=239.

To calculate the team results for the year, the conference combines the score of the fall tournament with the score from the spring tournament. The Lady Lions finished at 381 in the fall tournament for a combined score of 754, landing them in 5th place for the year.

To determine the AAC Player of the Year, the conference combines the fall tournament results with the spring tournament results and the National Qualifier Tournament results. Stephanie Carr of Tennessee Wesleyan won the fall event, and Audrey Nelson of Bryan won the spring event. The two of them will now fight it out in the National Qualifier at Link Hills in Greenville, Tenn., on April 23-24 for the AAC Player of the Year.
