The Bryan College men's basketball team is pleased to sign Clay Jenkins. The 5'8" guard is their 2nd signing for the 2014 recruiting class. He is currently the leading scorer for Loudon High School. Jenkins played his last two AAU seasons for Coach Bryon Lawhon, who is now the assistant coach for Bryan.
Head Coach Don Rekoske said, "We are excited about Clay coming to Bryan. He is a terrific shooter with a high IQ. He is a quality young man who could help us down the road."
Coach Lawhon added, "Clay is one of the purest shooters I've coached and is a good rebounder for his size and position. Clay is also the true definition of what being a 'team player' is supposed to be. Clay will be a nice addition to our team and college."
