The Lions traveled to Mount Vernon, GA this weekend to take on Brewton-Parker College for a 3 game series.

On Friday night the Lions faced a potential draft pick in Brewton-Parker's starting pitcher Randy Hamrick. The Lions were routed in a 14-1 loss to the Barons. Bryan's starting pitcher Patrick Miller gave up 8 runs in the first two innings and the Lions never recovered. "Hamrick was tough to solve and we couldn't get anything going offensively," Bryan head coach Taylor Hasty stated. Jonathan Brown and Steven Brown were the only two Lions to get a hit. Jonathan had the RBI on Bryan's only run in the 4th inning.
