The Lions played 3 games over Spring Break. On Monday they played Berry College, and on Wednesday they played a double header against Oakland City University. The 3-game series against Union was rained out and rescheduled. Unfortunately, the Lions lost all three.   
On Monday, the Lions traveled to Rome, GA to take on Berry College. Bryan tallied 9 hits for the game. Ryan Henn led the way for the Lions with 2 hits, including a home run, and 2 RBI's. Jon Brown also had 2 hits and an RBI. Daniel Zimmerman was the starting and losing pitcher for the Lions.

In the first game on Wednesday, the Lions battled hard; they scored 3 runs in the last 2 innings but fell short. The Lions out hit the Oaks 11-8. Will Newman, Jon Brown, Drew Brown, Doug Stroup, and Steven Brown had two hits apiece. Steven Brown, Will Newman, and Doug Stroup each hit one out of the park. Brantley Hattrich was the starting and losing pitcher for the Lions. He gave up the 6 runs on 6 hits in 3 & 2/3 innings of work. Ben Young came in and pitched the final 3 & 1/3 innings giving up no runs, walking 0 batters, and striking out 2.

In the second game, it took an extra inning to determine a winner. With the score tied at 3 apiece, the Oaks scored 2 runs in the top of the 8th to clinch the win. Bryan had 6 hits for the game that came from 6 different players. The Lions also had 4 different pitchers see the mound throughout the game. Ben Young received the loss.

The Lions are now 4-18 overall. They play again on Monday in a double header against conference opponent Union College. The game is scheduled to start at 4:00 PM ET.
