Erica Winfrey is the first softball player to sign for the 2010-2011 season. She just graduated from East Hickman High School in Lyles, TN, and will begin school at Bryan this fall.

Erica was named Regular Season All-District Catcher in both her junior and senior year. She was also captain for her team during those two seasons. Erica said, "I like Coach Stinson. He encouraged me to check out Bryan and I really liked it as soon as I got there. I look forward to helping start the program."

"Erica has a strong arm behind the plate. She can hit for contact and power. She will be a talented freshman with potential to be a very good player at the college level," commented Bryan Head Coach Rocky Stinson.

While attending Bryan, Erica will be majoring in Nursing.
