The Lions hosted the Eagles of Reinhardt College last night. Reinhardt is new this year to the Appalachian Athletic Conference. Both teams found themselves in the 5-way tie for the number one seed going into the game. Unfortunately, the Lions fell 0-1.
 
The Eagles scored their goal in the 54th minute. The Lions created several opportunities to score, but could not find the back of the net. They outshot their opponents 14-11.
The Lions are now 6-6 overall and 3-2 in the conference. They play again on Thursday at King College, who is no longer a conference opponent. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:30pm ET.
