Bryan College Softball is pleased to announce that Shanna Chappell has signed a letter of intent to continue her softball career for the Lady Lions. She is the second pitcher that the Lady Lions have signed. Shanna is currently in her Senior year at Westview High School, where she plays for Coach JB Suiter. She has led her high school to 3 state tournament appearances and will look to do so again this Spring in her final season. 

Bryan's Head Coach Rocky Stinson said, "I've seen her dominate both school ball and travel ball. Moving up to the college level will be different, but it will be something that she can handle. She has enough pitches and moves the ball well." Coach Stinson said he expects Shanna will be one of Bryan's conference pitchers in the opening season.

Shanna is the daughter of Shan and DeAnna Chappell. They reside in Martin, TN.
