Brooklyn Jenkins Signing
Bryan College Softball is proud to announce the signing of Brooklyn Jenkins. Jenkins is a senior at Creek Wood High School, where she will play her final season this spring for the Lady Red Hawks and Coach Nancy Jackson.
Jenkins will come to Bryan to play 3rd base. Her power at the plate will place her in the middle of the batting order. "I'm looking to get a lot of power out of her and just have her hold down the corner," said Bryan Head Coach Rocky Stinson, "She'll keep the short game from happening for other teams, and produce a lot of runs."
Jenkins said that she chose Bryan because of the good academic program and small size. She also said, "I'm going to be able to play in my freshman year and that was definitely a plus."
While at Bryan, Jenkins will be majoring in Biology, Pre-Medicine.
