The Bryan College Women's Golf Team is proud to announce the signing of Alicen Wendall. She is currently a senior at Mountain Home High School in Mountain Home, ID.

Wendall has just started her senior season at the high school. As a sophomore and a junior, she received Girls Best Round Golfer for her school. In her junior season she made a State Tournament appearance.

Wendall says she chose Bryan because, "I like the campus and wanted to play golf for Bryan. Also, being a Christian, it is a good school to go to. I've heard a lot of good things about it."

"We are excited about the addition of Alicen to our team. As a state tournament competitor in Idaho, she brings skill and energy to our new program. With good academics, strong Christian character and excellent athletic skill, she will be able to excel not only on the field but off as well. I believe she will be a good fit for our school, and I look forward to coaching her and seeing her progress in her competitive golf skills," commented Bryan Head Coach Peter Bollant.

While attending Bryan, Wendall will be majoring in Biology-Nursing and be a part of the Vanderbilt "Bridge" Program.
