The Bryan College baseball team is proud to announce the signing of Tyler Latham. He is a graduate of Rhea County High School. He will be joining his older brother, Tyson, who currently plays for the Bryan baseball team.
Latham is a second baseman or catcher who bats and throws right-handed. During his junior and senior seasons he was named to the All-District Team and the All-District Tournament Team. In his senior year, Latham was named to the Chattanooga Times Free Press Best of Preps Team.
"I want to play with my brother," stated Latham, "I also like that it is close to home. I know all the players and I like Coach Hasty."
Bryan Head Coach Taylor Hasty commented, "Tyler is one of the best local players that we have ever signed. We are excited about the impact he is going to have on the program."
Latham is currently attending Chattanooga State, studying Electrical Engineering. He is currently undecided as to what he will major in while at Bryan.
