The Bryan College Baseball Team once again faced the Bulldogs of Union College on Tuesday afternoon in the AAC Tournament. After defeating them on Saturday and losing to Bluefield on Monday, it was a must-win game if the Lions wanted their season to continue. Unfortunately, the Lions fell by a score of 8-2.
  

Josh Harris and Ryan Henn each tallied 2 hits. Josh Harris had one of the Lions' RBIs, while Pablo Rodriguez had the other one. Pablo Rodriguez, Shane Clawson, and Josh King had the Lions' other 2 hits. Kevin Layne and Pablo Rodriguez scored Bryan's two runs.

Tyson Latham started on the mound for Lions. He pitched 5 innings and gave up 5 runs on 4 hits. He received the loss. Josh Smith pitched the last 4 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 5 hits.

The Lions finish the season with an overall record of 21-35. It was their best season since 2007. The seniors will be greatly missed. Head Coach Taylor Hasty, his coaching staff, and the team will now look to build off this season as they will attempt to have an even better season in 2011.
