Peter Bollant - Head Coach - 1st Season
Peter Bollant is the first-year head golf coach at Bryan College. We are excited to be starting a Men's and Women's golf program, beginning in the Fall of 2010. As a new program, there is a great opportunity for incoming freshmen to be able to play and compete immediately. We are looking forward to building a strong program that can compete in the AAC and the NAIA II. Peter was the Mississippi Valley Conference Champion in 1978 at Bishop Cotter High School in Winona, MN, and played college golf in Wisconsin.

Bollant studied at Winona State, University of Wisconsin-Platteville before completing undergrad studies at Christ for the Nations in Dallas, TX. He completed his Master of Letters at Oxford Graduate School. He and his wife, Gwen, worked as missionaries in the Philippines for 25 years. Peter taught and coached in several different schools there, as well as in Indonesia. He and his wife also founded and directed Living Stones Orphanage for 10 years, and Hope Medical Clinic in Davao City for 2 years. Peter also worked in golf programs in the Philippines and competed locally and nationally. He help represent Davao City three times in the PAL international golf tournament.

Peter and Gwen have been married 26 years and have three children: Ariel (19), Jordanna (18), and Gabriel (16).

"We look forward to building a strong program that can compete well not only in the ACC but also in all of the NAIA II. Bryan College offers not only a chance to demonstrate athletic and academic excellence, but it offers students a unique opportunity to be part of a community that can transform lives and go out and make a significant difference in our culture and world," stated Coach Bollant.
