The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2013 NAIA Baseball All-America teams, selected by the NAIA-Baseball Coaches Association (NAIA-BCA) All-America Selection Committee. Rising Bryan senior, Tyler Latham, was named to the 1st Team as a Catcher.

The 2013 Capital One Academic All-District ® Baseball Teams, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America, were recently announced and recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom. Bryan College's Josh Harris was selected to the District 4 College Division's First Team.

The Appalachian Athletic Conference announced the baseball regular season awards. Cody Rhinehart was voted the Freshman of the Year. Tyler Latham and Grant Zawadzki were selected to the All-Conference 1st Team. Chris Jeffries and Joey Underwood were named to the Gold Glove Team. Rhinehart and Jeffries along with Tristan Speak were selected to the All-Conference Second Team. John Cain, Tyler Carroll, Josh Harris, Brannon Shortt, and Andrew Smith made the All-Academic Team.

The Bryan College baseball team just competed against Virginia Intermont College in the AAC Tournament. The Lions were the No. 7 seed and the Cobras are the No. 6 seed. Bryan lost the game by a final score of 5-4 in the 10th inning. The Lions end the season with an overall record of 31-26.
