The NAIA recently released the list of student-athletes who were named 2013 Daktronics-NAIA Men's Track and Field Scholar-Athletes. Seniors Jason McLeod, Alex Stephens, and Drew Thompson received the award.

Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind., played host to the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships May 23-25.  The Lions sent three athletes to the meet to compete against the nation's best.

Friday night, the newly renovated Rhea County High School track played host to the first annual Bryan College/Swiftwick Classic.  The near perfect conditions helped athletes post 3 NAIA national qualifying marks.  Four Bryan Lions posted personal bests under the lights.

The Appalachian Athletic Conference announced the Track and Field Championship Awards. Bryan had five men and three women receive All-Conference honors.  Also, seven Lions and two Lady Lions made the All-Academic Team.
